| Great tasting cheese |
Cheese is one of my favorite foods since I
was a child .It is a delicious bread stuffing and toppings for
spaghetti. And when Christmas it is always on the dining table the "Queso DE Balo". I often eat this even without bread because it is so delicious. When I was eating it often relieves my stress. And when
there are new chips or biscuits that are cheese flavor I cannot allow
that I do not eat it. I Can eat one bar of cheese in just a few minutes
. My favorite cheese flavored chips "Roller Coaster", "Piattos", "Nova" and for Biscuits "Magic flakes " "stick-o " yummy!! After you eat theirs remaining powder on your fingers then suddenly you lick it hahaha i frequently do it when i was a child . I also love eating "ice cream" , "Pizza" the best part when i eat is when the Great tasting cheese particles was melting in my mouth.
This is
not only a delicious food but this is also a nutritious food there are many
nutrition that we can take from it , such as a
protein that builds, maintains, and replace the
tissues in our body. Our organs
and muscles, and
immune system are
mostly made of
protein.

building strong bones
INGREDIENT in the
teeth and help
fight osteoporosis.
Fat is an important part of our healthy diet especially
for children their fat helps the nervous
system and brain
to develop correctly.
And lastly phosphorus that helps speed
up the healing
process and puts
a stop to calcium
loss from injury
and also helps
in kidney functioning.
